This gorgeous memorial keepsake plush is the perfect way to include your cherished ashes, hair, or fur in a piece if you don't want them in a traditional jewellery piece.

Instead, they are perfectly encapsulated in a pendant charm around your chosen furry friend.

Each plush animal is made from 100% polyester on the outer and print area. They come with a zip opening at the base and removable stuffing pod for easier customisation should you wish to have it embroidered by another company or yourself.

The stuffing pod also contains a little hidden pocket so you may store an extra packet of your precious inclusions inside the bear if you wish

All the plushes are approximately 42cm from head to toe when lying flat.

Each piece is unique to you.

Every pendant charm can be customised by choosing your own colour selection and maybe adding a little sparkle or you could decide to stay completely natural and use only ashes or hair/fur with a clear base.

Ash colour can be light in colour right through to black so all end products will vary. However, the results will always be a stunning and truly memorable piece.

I will create an example stone in your chosen colours, photograph it, and send you a picture for your approval before I create your final piece.

As I create an example for you to proof the colour this will not be the final stone used, however as it will contain your precious inclusions this will be included in your order as a complimentary pocket hug gift.

Please note, all photos representing colours are for demonstration purposes only and I cannot replicate an exact match. I will do my best to provide as close to your specifications as possible but as each piece is hand mixed the colours will vary piece to piece.

Upon completion of your order, a kit will be posted to you, providing instructions on how to send your ashes, hair, or fur, and more info on your order.

I will ALWAYS send your final piece by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature.

I will send you a photo of your stone with inclusions for colour reference so that you can ensure the colour is correct. In order to keep within the order lead time if I do not hear back from you to approve the colour within 48hours of receipt I will use my discretion and create your final piece.
Shipping will comprise of two parts.

I will initially send you indiviual pots for you to return your inclusions along with an order confirmation form and instructions for how to send your inclusions. This form will also contain QR codes to FAQs and Terms and Conditions which can also be found on the website. This must be signed and returned along with your inclusions to process your order. Further instructions can also be added here for any additional specifications for your piece alongside any extra information you wish to share about your loved one or pet in order for me to get a clearer picture of their character and personality whilst i create your piece.

After completing your item I will then send it to you alongside your remaining inclusions, a certificate of authenticy and your pocket hug. This will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48hour with signature to ensure it arrives to you safely.

For those who are local however please get in touch to arrange delivery or collection in person.
Stainless steel is very durable.

However, it can be susceptible to certain elements such as chlorine, household and other chemicals. Therefore, it is highly advised to take care when using cleaning products around your item or when cleaning the item itself.

Resin is hard-wearing but to get the best out of your pieces and ensure that they last a lifetime please try to adhere to the following advice. This will keep your pieces looking their best and save you having to pay for the item to be replaced. Some resin jewellery clients don’t follow the instructions and their pieces are fine, but it is best to be on the safe side. The instructions are the same for epoxy and UV based pieces, however all products that I make will be UV resin.

Scrapes

· Try to avoid bumping and scratching your piece as this could damage it.

Water

· Do NOT submerge your piece of in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant.

Heat

· If your piece is exposed to big temperature fluctuations, it might expand and contract which can cause the elements inside to separate.

Sunlight

· Store your item out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.

Smoking

· If your piece is in regular contact with smoke it will usually yellow.

Chemicals

· Avoid exposing your item to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes antibacterial hand sanitiser, perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover and chlorine etc.

When Resin Care Has Been Forgotten

I ask clients to retain elements such as cremation ashes and fur because it makes a remake possible if needed. If you have not retained the elements, I may not be able to remake your item. Please note however that a remake will NOT be identical to your initial product as all items are unique. A charge will be incurred for any remakes.

Yellowing

· Yellowing is almost always due to resin care rather than the brand of resin. The resin I use is of high quality and should not yellow if it is cared for properly.

Dullness and Scratches

· If your piece has dulled or has been scratched or scraped, I can add a new topcoat layer. This will be for a small fee plus postage.

All of the plushes themselves are tested to CE regulations as well as BS EN71 1-2-3 safety regulations.

However this product has the addition of a ribbon and a charm which may be harmful to babies and small children and can be a possible choke hazard.

The charm is affixed internally with a safety pin to prevent easy removal.

This plush is intended to be used strictly as a memorial keepsake and NOT a toy for children under any circumstances.

This plush must be kept out of reach of children at all times.
