Shipping will comprise of two parts.

I will initially send you indiviual pots for you to return your inclusions along with an order confirmation form and instructions for how to send your inclusions. This form will also contain QR codes to FAQs and Terms and Conditions which can also be found on the website. This must be signed and returned along with your inclusions to process your order. Further instructions can also be added here for any additional specifications for your piece alongside any extra information you wish to share about your loved one or pet in order for me to get a clearer picture of their character and personality whilst i create your piece.

After completing your item I will then send it to you alongside your remaining inclusions, a certificate of authenticy and your pocket hug. This will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48hour with signature to ensure it arrives to you safely.

For those who are local however please get in touch to arrange delivery or collection in person.

Stainless steel is very durable.

However, it can be susceptible to certain elements such as chlorine, household and other chemicals. Therefore, it is highly advised to take care when using cleaning products around your item or when cleaning the item itself.

Resin is hard-wearing but to get the best out of your pieces and ensure that they last a lifetime please try to adhere to the following advice. This will keep your pieces looking their best and save you having to pay for the item to be replaced. Some resin jewellery clients don’t follow the instructions and their pieces are fine, but it is best to be on the safe side. The instructions are the same for epoxy and UV based pieces, however all products that I make will be UV resin.

Please note that the plushes are all hand wash only and cannot be tumble dried.

All ribbon, pendants and safety pins must be removed along with the stuffing pod when washing. 

All of the plushes themselves are tested to CE regulations as well as BS EN71 1-2-3 safety regulations.

However this product has the addition of a ribbon and a charm which may be harmful to babies and small children and can be a possible choke hazard.

The charm is affixed internally with a safety pin to prevent easy removal.

This plush is intended to be used strictly as a memorial keepsake and NOT a toy for children under any circumstances.

This plush must be kept out of reach of children at all times.

Once the plush is purchased by you and is in your possession, Luna's Legacy Jewellery will accept no liability for responsibility of storage or use.

Once the bear has been dispatched, it is no longer the property of, or the responsibility of Luna's Legacy Jewellery.

Luna's Legacy Jewellery will not be responsible for any incidents that may occur following misuse of the guidelines layed out in these terms and conditions.

By purchasing this item, you are hereby confirming that you have read, understand and fully accept the terms and conditions as stated.

I will send you a small stone in your order kit, made in your chosen colour for reference. Please contact me if you'd like to change colours. If I do not hear otherwise, I will use my discretion and create your final piece.
