What To Expect When Ordering

Ordering from Luna's Legacy Jewellery is simple, personal, and designed with care every step of the way. Below you can watch a short video of what your order may look like and a simplified breakdown of the ordering process.

How to Order:

  1. Browse the Collection

    • Take your time exploring the beautiful range of handcrafted pieces available.

  2. Complete the Order Form

    • Choose your preferred colours from the numbered stones shown in the photos. If you're unsure or want to discuss your options, I'm always happy to help before I begin creating your piece.

  3. Select Your Delivery Option

    • You can choose between local delivery or paid postal delivery, depending on what works best for you.

 

If You Choose Paid Delivery:

  1. A collection kit will be posted to you the next working day.

  2. Inside, you'll find clear instructions on how to send your inclusions and how much is needed.

  3. Your inclusions will be stored safely until I begin your order.

  4. I will first create a Pocket Charm in your chosen colours and send you a photo for your approval.

  5. Once approved, your final piece will be crafted and posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service, requiring a signature upon delivery.

 

If You Choose Local Delivery:

  1. You’re welcome to drop your inclusions off at my home address, which will be provided at checkout.

  2. Your inclusions will be stored safely until I begin your order.

  3. As with postal orders, I will first create a Pocket Charm in your chosen colours and I’ll send you a photo of your Pocket Charm for approval before crafting the final piece.

  4. Once approved, your final piece will be crafted and you can either collect your jewellery in person or have it delivered locally.

 

Thoughtful Touches & What’s Included:

✨ Any remaining inclusions will be carefully packaged and returned with your order.
✨ Silver pieces come with a complimentary silver polishing cloth.
✨ A beautifully printed Certificate of Authenticity signed and dated by me, your artist.
✨ Detailed care instructions to help you look after your piece.
✨ A complimentary Pocket Hug – and perhaps a few extra personal touches too.

♻️ All packaging is either recyclable cardboard or natural hessian, as I strive to be as environmentally conscious as possible.
